I don't really care about the historical comparisons from decades ago. Just want the Chiefs to win. Block the d-bag Eagles fanbase from getting another ring after they burned their city when they won it last time. Keep Mahomes as the only active starting QB below age 30 with more than 0 rings. Kind of a crazy stat right there.

Given the adversity, IMO this is the greatest season in NFL history with a win today.

All those damn injuries and this team can still come out on top?

What's gonna be wild is that if KC wins:

SF would have seven Lombardis all time (first amongst all teams)
Philly would have three all time if not for Mahomes and this Chiefs team.

Good point that doesn’t get enough coverage. Earlier runs we were certainly in better shape on the injury front but proved again that KC is elite at adapting, improvising, and overcoming…
