This is an excellent 47 minute long video. It's based off the older brown eyed blue eyed documentary done in the 60's.

Basically it goes to show people how we (black people) feel like we have to "play the game" to get by.

Of course YOU aren't the one's that enslaved us etc, and YOU may not be a racist but this is an excellent way to see how disadvantaged and how many obstacles we have when it comes to succeeding in life.

To be honest, I was expecting a kumbyeya ending or revelation. Still an interesting experiment in human nature.

You should also check out info on the Stanford prison experiment.

I think her "experiment" is slightly outdated and rudimentary that fails to address the nuances of why people of all racial backgrounds are, or are not racist. To this woman you're either a racist, or a racist. There was no either-or proposition. There were no gray areas. And with the failures to address that I think her lesson is somewhat lacking.

Having said that, I completely agree with her unapologetic stance she takes on racism in society.
