****OFFICIAL Chiefs vs Bills AFC Championship Gameday Thread****

The people of earth once believed their world was flat.

Columbus proved it was round!

They said the sound barrier could never be broken!

It was broken.

We have been chosen to undertake the greatest adventure of all time.

The discovery of the Threepeat.

Our destination is New Orleans.

Which lies beyond the AFC Championship.

Is it possible?

Are we dreaming?

If we are...then life is a dream.

On edit: Finally bothered to watch the breakdown and saw the point of the post — it actually came pretty close to working.
A screen is a good play there.

Because you can always assume that Spags is sending extra pressure in a 'gotta have it' play.

And it SHOULD'VE worked.

GK just made a really good play.

Don’t get me started on Trey Smith. He was good on some of the run pulls but he was struggling all night against Oliver. Creed more than helped him out there
I would like to amend this post bc Bolton’s weakness of being slow still showed through last night as seen here:

But Trey’s run blocking on move/pull plays doesn’t seem terribly difficult for Kingsley to replicate since moving is his best feature.

That play might go for 40 if not for George. There are 8-10 plays I'm really looking forward to seeing again when I watch the broadcast tonight, and that's high on the list.

Play call was fine - his QB didn't read the defense right.

It's really that simple, IMO.

Allen is not even close to Mahomes at processing the field before and after the snap.

What makes Allen games so close is he is Unicorn of a QB in short yardage and is usually automatic in the red zone and short yardage when Buffalo needs a first down or touchdown.

George has quietly become one of our most important defensemen this season. He's been outstanding.

He made a really good hit without it being a penalty hit on Allen in the last play of the game. Smart play. Looked like he could have landed on Allen or hit him differently but had the awareness to do it without penalty worthy force.

I noticed in the Texans game the way our defenders hit the QB compared to what the Texans were doing. You can tell our guys have been coached on how to deliver a hit without drawing a flag on it

I'm going to go to his house and pull the remote out of his hands during hockey season. This is very concerning.

But I'm not sure they have 35.

So I'm going to go with 31-27 Chiefs.

I don't anticipate being comfortable at any point and I'll spend the whole game annoyed about that fact.

I think we should be able to win this one without having to sweat out the final seconds. But that's just now how this Chiefs team rolls.

If you aren't cursing, it must not be gameday. THAT'S their identity at this point.
Had it a little wrong in the margins, but otherwise damn near nailed it and damn near nailed the final score.
