Without reading a post I didn't expect our D to get beat like they did. The O line was always a worry but the D? The O line woes ate into the rest of the team...

Coaching did not help Pat today. We were not gaining much on the ground but running right at pass rushers helps.

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

He got us two SB wins in 4 years after rebuilding the OL after the Tampa SB. You can’t say he is terrible at it. You’re not credible.

As he gets older and the hits add up, this style of play will harm him more and more and will also be less effective, he needs to learn to play from the pocket now akin to Brady and Manning. He has all of the skills to adjust. The gameplan to pinch him in from the sides is working to well against him now

Trading sacks for no gain runs, that result in 2nd/3rd and longs.

Lesser of two evils?

It was a HUGE risk.

Humphries must really suck.
Giving up an effective run game with Thuney at LT turned out to be a pretty damn big problem today.

It was a calculated risk and it failed.

A staff and a QB that always makes the right decision shit their pants today. They will not get this chance again. This was their one opportunity.

Dude. He played exclusively from the pocket in 2022 and won an MVP, Super Bowl MVP, and a Super Bowl from that style. Do I need to send you the season highlight video to refresh your memory or something?

Kingsley (pissed away 2nd), Morris (pissed away 3rd), Caliendo, now Humphries, letting OBJ go, disagrees with you, I credit Mahomes and Andy with the Superbowl success so much more than Veach. I am thankful for Veach, but still his OL evaluating abilities are minimal

Personally I’m okay if we give Andy Heck the Sutton treatment after today but am with you otherwise.

We can only hope the conversations that happen at 1 Arrowhead Way aren't as deflecting of the root of the problem. You know, the 12,000lb elephant in the room, do they address it honestly or make excuses?

If you would have told me before the game that Hurts would throw for 221 yards with 2 TDs and 1 interception while holding Barkley to 57 yards rushing I would have thought we win in a blowout. Instead it was our O-line that got blown out and Mahomes did not adjust to the pressure like he usually does.
