Alex Smith expresses his desire to return to Chiefs in 2018

GO AWAY YOU ****ING LOSER. LEAVE NOW AND NEVER COME BACK.

Alex Smith expresses his desire to return to Chiefs in 2018

Quote:
The Kansas City Chiefs' season ended earlier than they anticipated.

The No. 4 seed in the AFC coughed up an 18-point lead in a 22-21 loss to the Tennessee Titans on Saturday, setting up an offseason of uncertainty.

Chief among that will be quarterback Alex Smith.

Despite leading Kansas City to a 10-6 record and AFC West title, the Chiefs are said to be open to trading the veteran pivot. The team set up its future by trading up in April's draft to select quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

Smith has just one year left on his four-year, $68-million contract, and intends to see it through.

"Yeah, I mean, you kidding me? I signed the contract," Smith said when asked after the game if he'd like to stay in Kansas City
, according to Nick Shook of NFL.com.

"I'm under contract for another year, so like I said, I'm not thinking about anything else. Right now, obviously disappointed. Like I said, I felt like we had a good chance, and it's gone."

Under Smith's direction, the Chiefs raced out to a 5-0 start to the season, hit a lull in which they lost six of their next seven games, then won their final four contests.

On Saturday, Smith threw two first-half touchdowns to give Kansas City a 21-3 cushion, but went 5 of 10 for 33 yards in the second half.

The 13-year veteran wasn't prepared to dive further into his future so soon after the loss.

"The game just ended," Smith said. "We'll get into all of that in the next couple of weeks."

It's not. It's simple.

He made them cum in 2011.

He was playing really good in 2012.

Kaepernick blew the Super Bowl.

The 49ers traded the guy who made them cum.

They followed him and everything since is proof that they were RIGHT! Kaepernick sucked, the Chiefs have been winning and uh uh...injuries! Drops! We're so close to cumming again!

They'll never cum again.

This is Alex Smith in a nutshell. Scared of the moment, the opposite of clutch and the reason why we drafted a QB completely opposite of him.

Alex decided to go fetal, put his head down and run n this pocket

I mean...goddamn. How can you be that ****ing terrified? He’s not confident n himself at all and it shows in plays like this. We needed him the most here and he went full cuck.

Never go full cuck

One QB is propped up by the talent around him... the other QB makes those around him better.

Like clockwork.

Did you see what LeBeau did there? He dropped Karl Klug to spy Smith. He knew he was gonna take off.

Dick played Smith like a fiddle.

He was clearly trying to run and make a play with his legs. Was a bad choice, though.

That said, people that don't recognize playcalling as the main culprit for the 2nd half?

That's just being deliberately obtuse because they have always wanted everything to be Smith's fault.

**** em. Good luck, Mahomes. Maybe you can be that perfect QB this team has needed.

No. **** you, and the bitch-ass, coward QB you rode in with.

Feel free to get the **** out and enjoy being an Arizona Cardinals fan.

Smith's First Season (9 Games, 7 Starts)

2 wins , 5 losses, 1 TD 11 picks, 97 YPG QBR 40

Smith's Second season (1st full season, 16 starts)

7 wins, 9 losses, 16 TD 16 Picks, 180 YPG, QBR 75

Smith had 9 games to warm up for his 1st full season, Mahomes has had ONE

I still think Pat will do better and MORE IMPORTANTLY He will win more than 2 out of 7 playoff games.....in 12-13 years

set that bar super-low for the youngster to achieve!

that really says a lot about what you currently think of him...
