I think two weeks ago the Chiefs said they would announce 2009 ticket prices/plans after the first of the year. My guess this could be the announcement, but a new sponsor wouldn't surprise me.

I think last year was the last year for the KCTV 5 preseason deal, so it could be related to that.

I think I've got it. Look at next years schedule on kcchiefs.com? Notice anything? 9 home games instead of 10. Bet we are playing in Germany or something next year.

Where are you seeing that? I thought they didn't release preseason schedules until April or so.

The AFC East team that is missing is the Bills and that is because that wasn't decided until the final week. I'm sure the Chiefs have just not updated the site because of the Holiday's.

Two things to keep in mind.
1. The NFL has already announced that the Bucs and Pats are playing the International Game in London next year.

2. I doubt anyone would want to waste international exposure on the Chiefs vs. Bills.
Buffalo played an International Game this season in Toronto.
