And yeah, you're a complete ****ing buffoon if you're actually lamenting the Worthy pick. Anyone with an iota of sense should be able to see the near limitless potential once Mahomes and Worthy develop as a duo together.

You're high.

Morris is a bum.

Humphries will start unless he is injured, sooner than later.

Bro... Veach wasn't GM in 2017.

I don't care what the power dynamic was with the team pissed off at Dorsey. Veach wasn't making the choices.

Then he should probably be pretty happy - outside of Mahomes and Hunt it was pretty stinky

Chiefs have traded or missed on more top draft choices than hit.

If not for Kelce, Jones and Mahomes KC is not winning big. Veach was not the guy drafting these guys.

I like Veach. I do think he gets way too much credit and too much blame. Andy is in on everything and Spags too. Mahomes certainly has input.
JFC you morons are absolutely clueless.

The Chiefs are easily one of the best drafting teams of the last several years, and that's while picking at the bottom of every ****ing round. Get a ****ing clue.

I don't understand how you can criticize the entire body of work of Brett Veach at this point. Sure, are there a couple rotten draft picks or free agent signings that might not should've been inked? Sure, but by and large his hyper aggressive approach to fixing problems has been a low key huge part of this dynasty. There have been key contributors in the Super Bowl runs picked up every single time if I'm not mistaken.

I think it's proof that when it comes to everybody's job, there's no job that the average/casual fans understands less. It doesn't take an expert to watch Andy and Pat and see that they're good at their jobs. Even they can easily see that. They have no clue what a good GM looks like though.

I haven’t been this impressed with a rookie since McDuffie.

Worthy should have at least 8 or 9 TD’s but Mahomes has missed him. That will get fixed.
From the opening game the guy has consistently gotten open. That’s never been a problem for him. He’s excellent tracking the ball and he’s got good hands.

If the biggest problem for him is fixing his sideline awareness, that’s a pretty ****ing fixable issue.

The guy is DeSean Jackson 2.0 in this offense. He’s going to be a huge problem for defenses soon enough

Chiefs aren't even using him that much because they don't want him getting hurt. His usage rate is going up big time in the postseason.

21 & 22' were arguably some of the best drafts in franchise history with some other really good sprinkled picks in there.

Nobody is going to go crazy over this stuff but that Suggs signing was really damn good, Dunlap was another damn good signing, and if we win our 3rd straight title alot of its going to be because of the moves he made DURING the year (JuJu, Nuk, Humphries, etc.)

Oh and I can't forget Mike Pennel. Anyone wanna debate that might have been the best Veach pick up? I get it's not the most sexiest position but it's impossible to argue he didn't help turn around our run defense

Don't forget about the Mahomes contract. Seems like a no-brainer. But I bet half the teams in the league would have tried to play hardball and found a way to **** it up (Cincinnati, Dallas).

Instead, Veach/Hunt said, "Here's all the money in the world, let's figure out a way to structure it so we can put a winning team around you. Oh yeah, we can get you a sweetheart deal on a stake in the Royals too."
