Did you isolate the thermostat yet and make sure it's not the problem? You can take the thermostat off and hardwire it (by twisting the two wires together, I don't remember which two).

Same thing has happened to my primary furnace twice. there was a light blinking and the pattern or color (cant remember) indicated what was wrong
We had to have the thermocoupler replaced. I keep an extra one just in case. 5 min job to swap out. https://www.hvac.com/expert-advice/f...e-replacement/ |
