Thanks for chiming in, and to each their own... but I'm blown away by how many people are saying mashed taters
Thats something I probably have at least once a week year round, but a well made stuffing with celery, onion, butter and all of the turkey drippings is a treat I only get once or twice a year |

Fair question... I guess for me, not having any family, if I'm going to go into a caloric coma, its going to be tacos and/or nachos If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, and can make it out, I'd cook |

Dad was a Taters guy. He wouldn't eat stuffing. "Why would you eat stuffing when you can eat mashed potatoes. Stuffing has no taste!" Uh, it's the other way around dude. And to me, why fill up on Taters when you can have stuffing?

Thats a definite and welcome upgrade, but I still prefer stuffing once or twice a year... but you do you, there are no wrong answers in this thread |

Sometimes I do this with the leftovers. In a 9x5 loaf pan I layer, turkey, gravy, stuffing, gravy, top with mashed potatoes. Wrap it in foil and throw in the freezer. Makes a nice leftover meal some cold February weekend.
