So there is a risk? Not just “irrational fear mongering”?

And when Mahomes played through this similar injury two years ago… he wasn’t playing behind a dumpster fire offensive line that had given up nearly 20 sacks during the past six games as has happened this year.

There's a huge difference between possible and probable.

If the line is a dumpster fire going to get him hurt, then playing an extra game is a death sentence for the 3peat.

Winning with Wentz is anything but a foregone conclusion. There were literally people saying this thread that we could beat the Texans "comfortably" with Wentz.

They haven't beaten ANYBODY comfortably this year, with Mahomes.
