Any Bourbon drinkers out there?
I've heard some good things about Buffalo Trace Bourbon.
http://www.buffalotrace.com/ Can't get it up here north of the border but, through a wine distributer I am able to order a case. Would like to hear from someone who knows their stuff and has tried it before I order. Thanks |

I don't buy whiskey ever that's over$70 and when I do it's Booker;s or Lagavulin but RE and I get along well. An open bottle is still soon empty but I don't cry when I drink a highly rated whiskey on a co-ed's budget. Motorcycle farkles don't come cheap. Since you have never tasted it,, why not take you face and stuff it in a urinal. then voice an opinion

Tip for all of you.
Best bottle under $20. I can grab for $17.99 here. Evan Williams BIB, 100 proof. Stuff is great. I'd pick it up to have on hand at all times. |

Evan BIB is fantastic for the price.
Snagged a Basil Hayden 10 year today and am pretty disappointed. Not sure what I was expecting considering the other expressions are low - proof and, in my opinion, relatively bland...this is the same mash bill as the standard BH but the age doesn’t seem to do it any favors as far as the profile is concerned. At $30 it’d be a fine bourbon. At $65 it’s a ripoff.

$13.99 and yes, a must have for the pantry. It comes in hot too for me but what can you buy in 1.75 that's better for the price. About 25-$26.99 if they sell handles.
For $12 less than William's Bond (1.75) this tastes good, almost too drinkable. Tomorrow evening I will serve Eagle Rare for a few rounds then introduce Stedman's and see what my friends think. Price is not the key. Value will be. Would be a great well but it's not wholesaled from what I know

Gawd I hope your car isn't the same color as one of mine. You stick with your's which is quite tasty and I'll drink mine that tickles my taste buds just right.
Thank God we don't all taste the same thing when sipping great alcohol, pussy we try to stuff our faces into, or in your case, ass eating guys who sleep in cardboard box in alleys. Celebrate your uniqueness but more importantly don't go dissin mine. Hey, there is a brown chunk between your teeth ( is that a ass hair too), between your remaining teeth

I get the feeling some think I’m a pretentious bourbon snob. Not true. All subjective.
Drink what you like but have opinions too. Let’s keep sharing whiskey/bourbon we are drinking. Get this thread moving! |

I bought three fifths of Buffalo Trace for some coworkers for Christmas. I know nothing about bourbon and don't drink whiskey at all.
