PFF: Poor game from Fisher

Yup. Very poor game.

I’m not in the business of making excuses for someone, but how bad is the hand of Eric Fisher (-4.5)? I ask because his performance was of such a level and he seemed to be favoring his hand so often, that the question had to be asked: are the Chiefs doing the right thing getting him game time as opposed to letting him heal?

He had to leave the field after Will Tukuafu got the better of him with 4:05 to go in the first and yet he would return to finish out the first half. That wasn’t the only time he struggled as Ray McDonald was too powerful for him at the point of attack on the opening drive, having no problem working on his inside shoulder and getting off his blocking attempts.

In pass protection, Parys Haralson (hurry and sack), Corey Lemonier (hurry) and Ahmad Brooks (hurry with an assist from some hands to the face) all got past him, while he failed on two occasions to execute cut blocks on stretch runs.

More is expected of the first overall pick.

Hey, Winston Justice is currently a free agent. If we REALLY suck, we could always go that route.

That would be a bit like signing Chris Terry and anticipating solid play out of the move, but hey, it could possibly work!

Damn, SNR...I knew it was bad, but damn.

That's a list of failure if I ever saw one.

One thing you are supposed to get from OL picks is consistency and a high floor team amplifying ceiling.

What Andy Reid got was dirt floor and low ceiling.

Danny Watkins may well be the worst first round pick I've ever seen.

If they trot the kid out against Lamaar Woodley in the third preseason game...Fisher is gonna get RAPED.

No Vaseline

No Luther Vandross music in the background.

No candles and champagne.

RAPED.

Oh, and I left off Jason Kelce. Technically he was drafted as an offensive lineman, but the immediate TE switch screwed things up a bit, and doesn't really do anything to help Reid's OL track record.

He can find TEs in weird places, I guess. Good for him.

I think they traded for a couple. I know they got Jason Peters.....but yeah, for an offensive linemen, that's pretty crappy.

I don't understand why they didn't just sign Tyson Clabo if they wanted to upgrade the OT spots. Let he and Stephenson battle it out for the starters spot at right tackle or hand Clabo the RT spot and let Stephonson be the swing tackle.

Then trade down with Miami and take BPA or stay at one and select an impact skill position player.

Which soot needed upgraded the most?

WR2 or OT?

I'd say that Winston or Albert >>>>>>>>>> Baldwin

It's not even close.

If our top three receivers were Bowe, Austin and Avery...Alex Smith might have a chance.

They ****ed up

I respect that. I do. I make fun of you because you have proven multiple times not matter how polite I am to you, and no matter how I try to be civil with you, you always find a way to insult me.

So I go with that. And I turn it on you.

Why am I not surprised that Marcellus and his "Andy Reid is a special offensive line coach and we should just trust him, guyz" straight up disappeared and will completely ignore this ?
