What year was the Chiefs best draft?

I was reviewing my sons draft history book last night and I believe from top to bottom the 96 draft was the best. The first 5 rounds have all solid players for the Chiefs.

1 (28, 28) - Jerome Woods, Memphis
2 (28, 58) - Reggie Tongue, Oregon State
3 (7, 68) - John Browning, West Virginia
4 (3, 98) - Donnie Edwards, UCLA
5 (3, 135) - Joe Horn, Itawamba C.C.
6 (9, 176) - Dietrich Jells, Pittsburgh
6 (32, 199) - Philip Riley, Florida State
7 (2, 211) - Ben Lynch, California
7 (32, 241) - Jeff Smith, Tennessee
7 (36, 245) - Darrell Williams, Tennessee State
