Braums ice cream is the best, but it's only a regional chain, that's scattered throughout Oklahoma. There's only one in Missouri that I know of, and one in Kansas.

There is quite a few in Kansas. South of I-70. I believe Baskin Robbins and Braums had some sort of an agreement to that. You'll never find a BR south of I-70, and you won't find a Braums north of I-70. North being Kansas City, Topeka, Lawrence, Manhattan. South being Wichita.

It has to do with some sort of marketing ploy: I believe it's Dreyers on the East coast and Edy's on the West coast. Or vice versa- I'll have to look into the freezer section next time I'm at the store.

It's Dreyers on the west coast. Never heard of Edy's.

There are several Braum's in small towns in SE Kansas. Unfortunatlely, they haven't made it up as far north as where I live, though.
