Just realized I didn't comment on this pick.

This was among the top 3 steals of the draft, in my opinion. I thought there were a few good ones.

The guys I thought were steals were: ER Mike Green to Baltimore at 59, CB Azareye'h Thomas to the Jets at 73, WR Jaylin Noel to the Texans at 79, FS Xavier Watts to the Falcons at 95, LB Danny Stutsman to the Saints at 112, ER Jack Sawyer to the Steelers at 123, Joshua Farmer to the Patriots at 137, OL Marcus Mbow to the Giants at 154, LB Jeffrey Bassa to the Chiefs at 156 (Veach did good on day 3), WR Tory Horton to the Seahawks at 166, OL Miles Frazier to the Lions at 171, CB Dorian Strong to the Bills at 177, RB Devin Neal to the Saints at 184, RB Damien Martinez to the Seahawks at 223, CB Korie Black too the Giants at 246, and TE Moliki Matavao to the Saints at 248

The other two I'd put up there are probably Jack Sawyer, solidly 70 picks later than I thought he'd go, and Miles Frazier, who I'd say went about 90 picks later than I thought he would.

Royals is a perfect fit for Reid's offense. I think we have 3 young guys you can move around but Royals at the X, Worthy at the Z and Rice in the Slot is going to be some quality shit.

I truly enjoy perusing TwoBillsDrive.

I don’t post, don’t have an account there or anything like that - I just find that it’s the most like CP amongst other NFL message boards. They have posters who clearly know the game and do their research, and it’s a never ending source of amusement for me to see how cursed they feel they are by Veach, Mahomes, Reid, and the entire Chiefs organization.

We ALWAYS get the guys they want.

I ran across the below while researching every article ever written on each member of our new draft class. In addition to his play, Royals' temperament appears ideally suited to our wide receiver room:

Reserved personality and described as an “incredible teammate” with “no ego” by offensive coordinator Kyle Cefalo

That's pretty refreshing for a wide receiver and bodes well for meshing with Rice and Worthy.

Noel was one I really liked and wish we had gotten but the board never fell right for us.
