Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

Anyone that leans on the 0-2 thing is either an imbecile or a troll. Mahomes wins tomorrow and he's Jordan. Full stop. If he also gets to seven or more rings he's just lapping the field.

Why is it a positive for Brady that he got bounced in the playoffs early when Mahomes had his best teams?
I agree with you. I'd rather we had won those games against Brady, but I would have no problem arguing that Mahomes is the GOAT over Brady as Patrick approaches Brady's records.

Meh, it was a very young Mahomes vs an old vet Brady, of course Brady had the upper hand.... he's learned a ton since then and no longer has postseason jitters.

Let’s see Brady take Mahomes to OT with a goddamn Bob Sutton defense and a secondary with Orlando Scandrick.

Little bitch would melt

Let’s see Brady behind Mike Remmers, Allegretti as a youngster, Reiter, Wisniewski off the couch, and Wylie against the Tampa defense from 2020.

I'm just saying guys, this is sort of thing you're gonna hear over and over and OVER again from Mahomes detractors when it comes to the GOAT conversation. That's why I don't think he'll ever unanimously be considered better than Tom. But I hate those kinds of conversations anyway because I've seen it play out with Lebron vs MJ. People will get entrenched in their views about who they like the most and there's nothing you can do to change it. So I stay out of that stuff. I'm content with what Mahomes is right now, I could care less what the Brady fanboys think of him.

No, for most people (almost EVERYONE), Brees is what they SHOULD be emulating.
Look at the kid starting for Nebraska right now for an example.

I think there are no shortage of QBs either up and coming or already established that are just as athletic as Mahomes with the arm, or even more so. But the thing they don't possess is Mahomes' insane football IQ, and I feel that is what Brees is talking about specifically, especially when he speaks on how Mahomes creates his own rhythm.

Patrick is the GOAT before and after today's game. Regardless of the game's outcome. No debate in my mind. Huck the Faters.

I don't care about the Brady comparisons. Mahomes is a very long way from reaching that level. He's too young to be compared with a guy that won 7 rings and played at super high level to age 45. It's a long, long way to go. Who knows what might happen in the future with injuries & aging, etc.

I'm glad to see Brady and other New England players showing support for Mahomes & the Chiefs. It's a lonely world at the top of the mountain. It feels like 99% of the world is rooting against the Chiefs. The Patriot guys know how it feels to be in that spot.

I just want Mahomes to keep winning and shut up the people who insist he's an average (or worse) QB or whatever. So much bullshit flying around, so very little credit given to him by millions of people out there. It's a bizarre world we are living in. I don't remember Michael Jordan being treated like that in the 1990's.

He wins the SB over 50% of the seasons he starts.
He's been to the AFCCG every season he's played and didn't have a top 15 defense until two years ago.

Brady game managed a top defense for 5 years and tagged along. His growth was slow and over a prolonged period. Brady even admitted it was the 10 year gap between SB's that made him become the preparation maniac we now know him as - he was not naturally that guy.

Mahomes left the draft that guy. Brady needed D Ford to beat Mahomes in Pat's first year. He is already the greatest come from behind QB in post season history. Pat has more come backs down 10 in the playoffs than any QB in history.

Pat will have the first 3peat and 4straight SB run in history.

He will ****ing lap Brady. Pat was built in a lab with every single attribute you'd want a top QB to have. There is no ability that's desired in a QB that Pat lacks - and most qualities he's either tops or in the top of the NFL.

Pat is already the greatest QB to ever play - it's only a matter of when it was you first realized it and how long it took you to see it.
