Give me your thoughts on coach Nikolai Sirianni
He might be the most underrated coach in the NFL. Two superbowl appearances in 3 years is impressive.

With different sets of coordinators as well.

Sure, he comes off as a snot at times, so how is he doing it??

He's a Raw Raw coach that gets his players motivated and they like him.

The real reason they are good is the talent and and the current OC/DC's. Fangio & Moore has done an excellent job this year, not like the rag tag OC & DC of last year that collapsed down the stretch!
