Who’s their starting QB going to be?

It’s possible he’s a shitty HC but very good coordinator. The Raiders coaching staff is shaping up to be their best in a very long time……on paper anyway.

His star has dimmed but I do feel like Kelly earned his way to better opportunities. He stood out for his offense at New Hampshire. He wasn't one of these charmed coaches who got an NFL job because of his daddy.

Maybe he learned after being gone for nearly a decade but he flopped the last time because he had no counter after NFL Defenses figured out what he was doing.

Not concerned in the slightest about them making that hire.

All the easy wins we had in the division for the last *checks notes * 9 straight years and counting are gonna be a bit harder in the coming years. But as long as we have Mahomes and Andy they will each celebrate an occasional lucky regular season win like it is the actual Super Bowl. But it’s just gonna be a battle over 2-4. How many coaches has Andy and his staff, and Patrick gotten fired in the division? I think the AFCE had lots of coaching turnovers during the Pats 2 dynasty runs.

Thank God the Bills ownership are loyal to the detriment of their team. I hope Beane and McD stay for the duration of Mahomes career. In all actually, McD should have been fired for his awful decisions at the end of 13 seconds. Those mistakes (along with playing against the best offensive coach and quarterback combination ever)costed his team
A shot at the AFCCG even though chances are the Bengals beat them anyway. The Bills coaches will never be able to Pat and Andy in a win or go home, high pressure game. McD doesn’t have that killer instinct, and is more prone to making the wrong play call, than making the right one in that situation. He will never outcoach Andy when it matters. And tbh that’s a big reason why we’re so successful now. There’s no coaches that can outcoach Andy, Spags, and all the positional coaches in a one off. They’ll never have a quarterback who can go toe to toe with the best to ever do it unless he’s having an off day, and even then I bet he still pulls it together to break some hearts at the end. What other quarterbacks in the league would you feel totally comfortable with giving the ball to with a minute remaining with a trip to the SB on the line? Nobody is close. Same with Spags.

Of course your not worried. You're about to possibly 3peet and have Mahomes at QB.

The Raiders need a miracle to knock him off the hill and Pete/Chip are a good start for that team.

Wasn’t his big thing like he was going to run 4 plays, but do it really fast?

I mean. Maybe he grew up a little, but that’s what it was at Oregon.

In an era of increased environmental awareness, it's nice to see that the Raiders have embraced recycling.
