At this point I’d have to say yes.

He’s got availability (played in 15+ games every year of his career plus 20 additional playoff games). He’s approaching the tipping point for longevity (9 seasons). He’s got postseason success. He’s got individual accolades (four APs). He’s got the peak argument (been a top 5 guard his entire career).

Now he can say that he’s a plus LT? If we win the Super Bowl with him at T, I think you have to say he deserves to get in.

No not atm he isn't. Comparing other HOF guards he needs more All pro and Pro Bowl years and needs to play at a high level at least another 4 years.

Come up short and I think he needs another SB appearance. I think that would give him the all-time record for appearances.

Butker has a non-zero chance of being the all-time leader in playoff appearances.

He has one more game played than Mahomes. If he sticks around in KC and stays healthy, he'll always be just a tick ahead of PM.

Yeah, I think he's got a shot. The injury this year cost him the All Pro nod he was gonna get, but he'll still get a few more in the future.
