How a pair of attention whores destroyed any ounce of credibility they ever had

Enjoy. And **** EB.

How a season-long rift between Mahomes and Bieniemy ruined the AFC Championship

This is the correct take. The piece had a ton of hyperbole and read more like the gossip rag at the grocery store than any groundbreaking "news" or first person reporting.

But EB and Mahomes definitely had a blow up after the fiasco just before halftime. And it carried on into the tunnel and hallway all the way into the locker room.

I'm not gonna bother to re-read that whole story but I remember quite well that most of it seemed like a 5th grade girl was typing the words.

And Kelce almost knocked Coach Reid to the ground out of anger. It meant exactly jack and squat.

Almost like anointing Clay as our Senator McCarthy might’ve been fraught with some…complications.

I'm beginning to wonder if we don't miss (at least a little) Bienemy's attention to detail and willingness to hold people accountable, regardless of who they are.

I have never heard this take before. Ever.

Counterpoint: it was almost impossible for EB to get a job and he was fired after one year and no one after that thinks he was that talented.

Oh, I agree and it's pretty easy to see that reality with him coaching in college. I'm not saying we miss HIM specifically, but I think we might be beginning to miss some of those things he brought to the table. I could certainly be wrong, though.

Yeah, man. I get it. This was the dominant narrative a year ago through December. Then we won the SB. Now we're struggling again and you just threw it out there again. I don't think we need this right now tbh.
