Neither. Although, I went back to the 2022 draft and the WR's taken after the 1st round have all been disappointments. Pickens has decent numbers, but man, his lack of effort can't sit well with his teammates.This was the issues with him before the draft. Maybe, he isn't like that if he's a Chief, but that was a risk Veach didn't want to take. Romeo Doubs taken much later has shown a little, although nothing outstanding. Wasn't much to choose from after that run in the first looking back.

Pickens of course. He puts up MUCH better numbers. He acts like a bitch but in return you can use him like a bitch and then get rid of him when the time is right.

Nobody is saying we should make Pickens the team captain and give him $30 million per year.

Skyy Moore seems like a good dude but he's not a quality NFL receiver. He should be playing in the CFL.

I would have taken Khalil Shakir later over Skyy Moore. Not many targets yet because he is behind Diggs, Davis, Kincaid etc in Buffalo but I think he takes the #2 WR spot next year.

He went late in the fifth... People on here would have gone bat shit crazy if we wouldn't have taken a WR in the 2nd....

That whole WR class rounds 2-7 wasn't very good. Folks think Veach missed on Skyy, but Pickens is the only one with any really decent numbers and as was discussed, he's probably not on our board with his issues, thus the trade.

He's not as much a vertical threat as Gabe Davis but he runs better routes and catches the ball better.

My comp coming out was a bit like Robert Woods.

I think Buffalo lets Gabe walk and Shakir takes his place next year.

Don't know if that is a facade but that's the right attitude. When you are playing at the highest level of football you don't have time to feel sorry for yourself.

MVS is what he is. Reid has to get him running into space and schemed open to be effective so there should be some opportunities where he doesn't have to track a ball down the field.

Mahomes has a lot of throws that are tough for receivers and defenders to anticipate so that probably does lead to a few more failed catches by both receivers and defenders alike.

And both Mahomes and Josh Allen play their home games outdoors with a lot of night games so a few more missed catches should be expected. The wind in Buffalo can't make it easy to catch the ball there.

I'm down with either putting a roof on the current Arrowhead or replacing the current structure with a dome stadium once the Royals move to downtown.

It's absolutely not the right attitude. Smiling and saying "what do you mean?" and "I don't really know what you're referring to" is some straight bullshit. If that's his attitude then he's done. Don't let him back on the field.
