Some guys are addition by subtraction - he was one of them. Some of us realized that fact very early and were quite happy when we sent him packing. Others...not so much.

Man there are some hot takes in that one.

Peters is a good example of a team knowing much better than the fans what they have in a player.

He was an all time elite ballhawk and turnover machine…but man he sure seemed like a piece of shit teammate who picks and chooses when he wants to try.

Probably could’ve been one of the best ever.

There's no mental toughness in that guy. He's why you ask in interviews, "Tell us about a time that you failed, and how you reacted."

In his defense there was no reason to think Skyy was going to put a move on him.

Barely relevant at all. The data center I work at was moving the locker room a few weeks ago to another bigger room. I haven't used the combination lock they issued in probably 6 years or so. The label I stuck on the bottom for a cheat sheet is Peters, West, Ware(22,35,32?). I remember at some point updating it from Mcluster to Peters thinking this was a new era to be ushered in.

Yeah, that Moore first down play should have been a 1-2 yard gain, it's not like Moore put a great move on him. Just a slight shake and Peters 2-hand touches him

He juked him, period. If Peters tackles him the posts would have flown on here about how he can't get YAC especially against Peters... I don't understand the negative comments when players on our favorite team have productive plays. Beat them up when they struggle, fine... continue to brow beat them when they have some positive plays seems weird. Same with CEH, he has had a nice couple of games spelling for Pacheco. I don't want to see him get 30% of the carries, but his 2-3 a game have looked a whole lot better the last 3 games.

What a shame

He had all the talent it takes to make a run at a hall of fame type career if he wasn’t such a cockbag.

When he pick 6d Manning and did the postgame interview of how he did it, I thought we had something truly special.

RIP Kansas City Thief

It looks great now but at that time the CB room took a big hit. It wasn't so much that Peters was gone as it was he got replaced by jack shit and that potentially cost them a Super Bowl.

Shit happens, though.
