Gives me a damn near heart attack watching him false start every ****ing snap that they pass. Then when they run he's up on the line. I guess if teams don't watch the tape they'll miss it. So there's that

I feel like he is playing like he should be a depth piece as a swing tackle, and not like he should be making the money he is.

I feel like lining up closer to the LOS has just messed him up. If the DE lines up a little wide, Taylor seems to struggle to get into position, and a couple of times today he almost whiffed on the block completely.

Taylor has been solid. Some of those holding penalties were highly questionable. He is a target for the refs now, thanks in part to Cris Cringeworth.

they were showing a replay of taylor “false starting” a bunch of times at the game at one point

I’m actually really happy with Taylor, he fits this Offense perfectly. He got a rough shafting with the lining up flags but overall the dudes been amazing. Everyone of his “holding” calls has literally been saving Mahomes life. I’d rather get a 10y penalty than have my star QB creamed. No issues whatsoever with his performance. Is he overpaid? Slightly yes but as a whole the O-line is paid on par with what they should be getting as a total and the pass protection is above average for average pay.

Not 1 false start or illegal formation flag all game. Also collinsworth backed off it. I think Mahomes and Andy drawing attention to it last week worked.

whoever said that he does a lot of basic concepts well but makes some boneheaded mistakes pretty much nailed it. It's easy to get mad at someone when they F up & it's in the heat of the moment - but he's doing some things well.

Though if they threw a flag, it would have to be off setting penalties. Clearly hands to the face.

Though I think a lot of people want the narrative the refs favor the chiefs.
