Not seeing any bundled panties, just a lot of laughing at the guy.

Mahomes' trainer posted "thank you", so it could have some kind of motivational factor in the dog days of summer. I've always thought players really don't care, but between the effort in the AFFCG and many comments made (like Kelce's jabroni comment), the doubters and so forth have some impact on them.

**** the Bengals.
Maybe we’ve found the formula against their defense. But I can’t slight them. They play us as well as anyone. We have an elite offense that has had bad 4th quarters in 3 of the 4 games. Sure, our injuries are a good reason for the recent 4th quarter issues. But until we truly put them away it’s part of the story.

I mean, burrow throttled us 2/4 times but we’re quick to pin the last bad one on burrow despite playing with 3/5 of his OL injured. Because you could easily make the same argument that we’ve been bad in 3/4 fourth quarters… except last game, like burrow, we had an injury excuse.

Burrow with a healthy OL will press our offense. And cincys defense is good enough to get the stops many other defenses can’t against us to keep things tight. It’s a much more even matchup than we want to admit.

The good news for Cincinatti is that the Chiefs never take Bengals smack talk personally.

Hmm, true.

We had double-digit leads in the first game @ CIN in 2021 and then again in the 2021 AFCCG. Then @ CIN in 2022 we had the lead and were driving before Kelce fumbled and in the 2022 AFCCG we also had the league and were driving before Pat's inexplicable fumble.

They don't worry me a ton, though. Their defense has overachieved these last two years and I expect that to slow down. They've also been pretty lucky with injuries (save their OL late last season) and I'd expect them to experience some nicks and bruises on one of their core guys just to balance things out.

Nah he’s one of their biggest shit talkers. Along with mixon, who for whatever reason gets a free pass for being the nfl version of ja morant. I get it… we had our own in tyreek who was good enough to talk that kind of shit. But this isn’t just some one off disrespect.

That's a two-way street. It's a very even matchup. The Bengals were trailing in 4th quarter of all 3 of their wins, but their fans and their players seem to pretend like they won all 3 of those games by 20+ points.

I could literally see Mahomes wearing a "?" on the back of his jersey where his name should be when they play the Bengals.
