Spring, asparagus, morels and dinner
We got a solid 3 inch rain this morning. Yesterday we started seeing asparagus spears in road ditches at the farm. Hit the timber this pm and scored a few emerging morels, way more this week. Didnt have a ton of fish filets but soon will.
This is epic season for awesome food Made a asparagus/morel cream sauce over fehttuchini tonight. The missus was pleased as we work through a bunch of stuff with family. This is the sort of thing that helps calm us down and be thankful for all we have. Happy easter to all, hug those kids, double hug the grands.  |
