How do we move the money around this offseason?

With our draft pool, we functionally have 0 dollars in cap space if I understand correctly.

I see our best pools of money as the following:

Restructure Mahomes (freed up 21.6 last year)
Kelce retires (17 million in savings)
Extend Thuney (what would a contract look like)
Extend Taylor (what would a contract look like)

Do we want to try to make it through a season without restructuring Mahomes? My assumption is if we want to treat next season like a mini re-build we should try avoiding pushing more of his contract into future years and bite the bullet.

Is there a world where if Kelce retires and we extend Thuney and Taylor that we can free up enough cash to do the work we need this off-season or is a Mahomes restructure going to be critical for any moves we need to make?
