Basement Drywall Question

I'm starting a drywall project in my basement. I have everything plumbed, wired, and framed when we built the house, now I'm getting around to doing the drywall.

Anyway, the exterior walls are framed and insulated, the walls are also covered in clear plastic. Do I just hang the dry wall on top of that or remove it?
