Chiefs Chiefs Best Prospects Ranking

I'm stealing this from a Devils board I am on because I really enjoy it as an offseason time-killer. It may not work as well since football doesn't really have a prospect pool but lets try it.

We start with a list of young players and we vote on which one is our #1 prospect. This can be due to future potential, current play, or anything in between. From there we drop to #2, and so on. It's also cool to compare our list to the year before.

What should the conditions be.
Under 24?
Less than 3 years in the league?

Like I said I'm not sure this will play out quite as well as it would for the NHL or MLB where there are so many prospect in so many levels of play but it's down time. It's also a great generator in talking about different players in the off season.
