Is Joe Thuney a hall of famer?

4x super bowl champion
2x first team
2x second team
3x pro bowler

Never had a season with more than 10 penalties and regardless what the Humphries humpers say he helped save this season by moving to LT.

If the voters value playoff success more than Pro Bowls and All-Pro teams, sure.

Guard just seems like a difficult position to get in. Very exclusive list. In recent memory, they inducted Alan Faneca and Steve Hutchinson.

Will Shields had more personal accomplishments and wasn't a first ballot pick.

Brian Waters isn't in the HOF, yet his all-pro honors are similar to Thuney's.

Waters doesn't have any championships and let's face it, that's a big thing for voters. Especially when said player has rings with two different teams.

Yeah Reid, Kelce, Mahomes are the obvious ones. 2 or so years ago Spags, Jones, and Thuney weren't. I'd say all of them should be in

Assuming he doesn’t shit the bed, Butker probably makes it too.

He’s going to have a long list of clutch kicks and titles on his resume.

Yeah I totally forgot about Butker. I think he needs to keep producing for a few more years though before I'd put him in as a HOF kicker

He’s not 30 yet, so being the Chiefs Dynasty kicker for another 5-6 years without a massive fall off probably gets him in eventually.

Basically becomes this generation’s Vinatieri. Another ring or two will help.

Butker has a non-zero chance of being the all-time leader in playoff appearances.

He has one more game played than Mahomes. If he sticks around in KC and stays healthy, he'll always be just a tick ahead of PM.

Yeah, I think he's got a shot. The injury this year cost him the All Pro nod he was gonna get, but he'll still get a few more in the future.

Pretty sure players go into the Hall neutral.

They can retire with specific teams, though.
