Huge roll of the dice. Massive gamble but I’m excited. I like the aggressive/high ceiling approach. I’d like to see us get a talented RB today.

Two massive gambles followed by two really solid picks... how do you want someone to vote on that?

This is just a dumb woman’s opinion but after monitoring this forum for years and just recently posting.

Why do you men spends months hyping these kids for the Chiefs to pick that Veach never picks but the instant he is picked, everyone instantly says he is the best pick ever?

Is that a man thing?

Oh, I don't think so.

Simmons is a massive gamble.

Norman-Lott is a plus pass rushing DT. Highest PRWR in college football. I don't see that as a gamble at all, really. A more talented Wharton. Where's the risk?

I liked him enough to put him in my mock around this range but will also call it how I see it. Didn't play a lot of snaps, lacks ideal size and pass-rush moves.

The speed he plays with is real nice but there's enough out there to say he's a gamble. I think this coaching staff will get the most out of him and it will work out but it is what it is. He's a real low floor high ceiling pick.

I see 4 legit starters in all of them. Eventually could end up being as good as the 2022 draft.

I love the Simmons pick, sometimes you have to gamble when you keep drafting in the late part of each round like the Chiefs do. The fact that Veach was able to net back a 5th as well was impressive. All of these picks are gambles to an extent, 2-3 guys drafted in the top 10 are going to be massive letdowns for their teams, it's just how it is

+1000

Exact issue I had the other day... Most of the guys in the Lounge have no ****ing clue who 95% of these prospects are but are so quick to dismiss a contrarion opinion. It's like why bother giving that opinion if all you do is get shit on for it and told Veach is the greatest ever and every pick he makes is 100% pure gold. And if that's the case, why bother ever doing much at all in relation to the draft? That's where I'm at with no real reason to explain why I feel ONL is also a massive gamble.
