I cured my hietal hernia. No kidding

I had a hernia right above my stomach about the size of a golf ball according to the scope. Blue cross would not pay for surgery. When I ate I would have extreme pain. Most of the time it would cause me to throw up. Then I could eat slowly and get by. The pain was excruciating. I went in YouTube and there was a video that said to wake up and then drink a lot of warm water or coffee or tea and then jump off a couple sets of stairs over and over until it drops back into your stomach. I did it and I will be damned if it didn’t work! Now months later I can eat as fast as I want with no issues at all. Modern medicine has a lot to learn but if it doesn’t benefit them financially they don’t care about it. Hopefully this helps someone out there.

So the corollary would be if you drank some cold stuff and stood on your head, it would pop back out. Don’t do that. In case you were thinking about it.

Mine was so bad it was up in my chest and affecting my breathing.. Had to be surgically corrected by pulling it back down and staples to hold it in place. Seems my esophagus is a bit too short and pulls my stomach up.
Watching your weight and diet is key to controlling these things.

I don't even believe but are you serious?

I had hiatal hernia surgery for mine and I still have issues eating once in a while food will get stuck in my esophagus and come back up.

All that pain before surgery was horrifying.

Kudos to you!

That's not the same hernia. You may **** yourself up more if it gets strangulated.

Lol you have a epigastric hernia where your intestine or fat is pushing through your ab muscles and isn't even close to the same thing as a hiatal hernia. You need to have surgery to fix your hernia. You do this and at best nothing is going to happen, but you also could **** yourself up. Just don't do it.

As a clarification request, I assume this only works for hernia, and not for other medical issues, right? People shouldn't do this to cure broken legs or vertigo.

I had to have mine repaired in August. I didn't realize how much pain I was in and how it impacted all of my physical activity. Recovery wasn't fun, but I was able to resume normal activities after a month

Let's not jump to conclusions so quickly. There is no data to suggest that this won't work for those types of afflictions. We need a few brave souls to test this out for us.

You're correct, of course. I shouldn't make assumptions without data.
