Release of the Kraken incoming?

Watched the 2019 Divisional against the Texans, you know the 24-0 game through the first quarter. We had like one yard total rushing in the first half, and a whole lot of dropped passes. Nothing working until the second quarter. After that, there was an offensive explosion. Pat went on a terror. Pass after pass after pass.

We had Watkins, Hill and Kelce as our core receivers. Is it possible that Andy will release the current group of Hollywood, Worthy, Kelce, Hopkins and Ju Ju and destroy them with the passing game?

While we are at it, how about a blowout win?

Ha, I wish it was that easy. But you know what? There's a really good football team on the other side of the field.

we didn't average about 30 points per game in the regular season. So it's definitely not the same offense.

Super Bowls have generally been close games since Denver and Buffalo stopped embarrassing the AFC with their lamb to slaughter surrender.

If I'm not mistaken, Philly has the BEST passing defense in the league, filled with those Georgia Bulldogs National Championship winners... Hopefully Kareem goes a bit ham... and they find a way to stick it to them.

The NLF Network people were talking about how when the Eagles walked in on opening night, they were all filming with their phones and wide-eyed, and the Chiefs players just straight-up walked in like NBD.

Game is indoors on turf. Speed kills. Worthy and Hollywood Brown are both going to ball out.

The Chiefs literally play super bowls for a living.

It's what they do...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

I don't remember their offense changing much in that game, they simply stopped the unforced errors and started executing. They only ran it a couple times in the first half because they were immediately down in the game and that just got worse and worse. I don't remember Andy unleashing anything, think they were just far too amped up to start the game. Mahomes and company haven't experience those types of nerves in a long while in the postseason from what I recall.

Like HP said, they've been destroying teams through the air this postseason.. like other postseason and Super Bowls, I'm sure they'll have a few tricks, "saved plays," like the two TE backfield sets against the Bills, corndog, etc.

The one difference might be if they get up early, maybe they don't take their foot off the gas like the AFCCG last season, but guess we'll see.

Mahomes talking about a "Super Bowl routine" last year was amazing, and I'm sure that helps the newer guys to the team as they aren't surrounded by guys who are star struck to be there.
