Chiefs Chiefs D Only D To Hold Opponents to 20 Or Fewer Points - Page 2

Chiefs D is the only D to hold their opponents to 21 points of fewer through 7 weeks. Are we a top 5 D? So far but we have some big tests ahead of us in Miami, Philly, Buffalo and Cinci.

Nonetheless, it's a much different and better D than we have seen the last few years. Our secondary has been absolutely amazing and today against the Chargers we showed we could lock down a top QB and offense. No Mike Willams makes a difference but it is what it is.

Chiefs D screwed up twice and the Chargers made them pay. Outside of those two snaps and giving up a first down on 4th and 16 they were awesome. Paired with the Chiefs’ offense we know and love we are going to ruin the league.

With this (very fair) point taken into consideration we’ve given up an average of 13.7 ppg which is best in the league.

People just don't get it yet.

We're very, very close to both units being top 5.

I'm concerned about the Bolton injury but they will figure it out. And it's a tradeoff where we get worse against the run but probably much better against the pass.

If teams want to run more against us because Bolton is hurt...

Everyone is sleeping on the Chiefs ST, too. It's probably going to be #1 or #2 on DVOA tomorrow morning.
