Looks like the Chiefs are 6.5 point favorites according to Vegas.

How do you see this one playing out?

Yep, it looks like the Lions are legit. Good for them. I'm fairly certan we had that same smugness in the early Reid/Mahomes era. Of course I've never been to any rival teams BB because I'm not a ****ing loser but hey, everyone has their thing.

The Chiefs didn't take the Lions for granted we were just down two of our three best players and dealing with a lot of new parts as well. You guys got the win so congrats. And I can't believe I forgot about the playoff win in '92. That was big for us Chiefs fans.

Come on, dude. Don’t make us root against the Lions. We were without 2 of the top 10 players in the NFL in that game and most would say we beat ourselves. Props to your Lions - they’re playing great - but don’t become that type of fan when you are still qualifying NFL accolades based on regulation losses.

I will concede that we probably would have lost week one if Taylor's boyfriend had played. But he didn't, and they didn't.
Or Toney doesn't drop an easy pass that becomes a pick six. I actually like the Lions and would like to see them again in the SB, but to come on here after week 6 to gloat over a week 1 win against a team that is not a rival seems very odd.
