I think Alabama needs to quit going for Field goals. Their kicker isn't looking so great.

I think that Andre Smith's stock rises even higher.

I just realized he was going there. He is damn good if you ask me.I remember following his offenses at Fresno State. Oregon did not seem to work out...not sure what the deal was. Then great at Utah.
Possible successor at KSU? |

He hasn't been great at Utah. There was a sigh of relief here when he decided to leave. Why? How can you fire a guy when your team is undefeated. I hope he does well for K State but I'm Glad he's gone.

I've heard that some Utes are glad he's gone, but I can't figure out why....the stats are solid.

He has just been all over the place on offense, I don't think he was responsible for the play calling tonight. He has no consistency and that's why people don't care for him. If you had watched the Utah vs. TCU game it would be clearer. They would have lost that game if Johnson wasn't free to call his own plays in the two minute drill.
Part of the problem is the Utah head coach didn't let him run his offense. Whittingham wanted to run a spread variation. Ludwig wanted to run something else. |
