Year Two of the Matt Quatraro tenure. Time to take a step up this year. Active in free agency and trades this offseason. A new look pitching rotation and bullpen. If the Royals make it to the WC round, they will both pitch (as pointed out earlier, it’s a series now). But if you could only start one of them, it would be Lugo and it’s not close. Ragans has not been good vs the Astros this year. He has 2 starts against them and has pretty meh numbers:
