Collins' command has been spotty of late, and it's killing them. Same with Crow. Those two need to turn it around, and quickly.

The biggest difference between this year and last year is that the bullpen is being used less. Maybe they needed all that use to keep them sharp. Let's move to the four-man rotation consisting of Shields/Santana/Guthrie/Duffy and cap their pitches at say, 90 - to help keep the bullpen sharp. What say you duncan?
