A little humility along with a splash of politeness will get you far. I don't ask anybody to kiss my ass, call me sir, or any other ridiculous thing. I do expect to have people be cordial to me when I have the mod hat on. When we're just BSing about random crap everywhere else on the board, have at it. Don't really care. Look at whathisnuts - kid who collected money and paid for the banners... he hates me. Trashes me every opportunity. Never been banned or even moderated to the best of my recollection. He understands when he can get away with it and when he can't. Hootie just goes from broke all the time. Kinda dense...
