I think improv is getting the upper hand on stand-up. Folks who want to be funny are getting tired of being loners lounging around the Ramada in Cleveland half the year.
And now that the likes of Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are getting deals instead of Jerry Seinfeld or Ray Romano, why not settle in LA or Chicago and enfold yourself into an improv troupe of reliable friends.
