Pedophilia is sexual interest in children, as in prepubescent children. So a 30 year old who has consensual sex with a 17 year old isn't a pedophile. They're just a bit ****ed in the head and the situation raises the question of whether that minor really has the capability of giving that consent. Legally it has been determined that the minor isn't capable of giving consent so the act is a crime. So...no. A hot female High School teacher having sex with 16 and 17 year old boys is really nothing like Sandusky ****ing little boys in the ass.
