Reid's a good choice, just like on paper Pioli and Haley were good choices.
Time will tell.
The biggest thing is for him to bring in an experienced DC. His teams seemed to play a lot better under Johnson. The other concern is the recent QB issues in Philly and in Cleveland under Heckert (I'm assuming of course that Heckert comes along).
