I am responding to gruden saying directly he believe the NFL is a pass heavy league where spread offenses are a necessity. He will be a much more pass heavy coach when he comes back and he will probably integrate a lot of principles of the Oregon offense. I agree that I hate his history with qbs, but I like that he has clearly stated that he gets the new realities and frankly, given what he's said, Geno smith is ideal for what he wants to do. Not Alex smith. I don't care what he says as a media guy where you have to choose words wisely.
