I think players around the league respect Cowher, and I think he could attract some good Free Agents and assistant coaches.
I wouldn't be opposed to having Cowher, although I'd like to see something fresh with new school ideas like Chip Kelly. This is a new era of Football and X's and O's... this isn't the 80's and 90's style of Defense/running game football anymore.
