I would be happy with Reid as long as he recognized you have a great runningback to use at your disposal. You don't have to throw it every play... this isn't Philly. Outside of that, he is a very good coach.
I'm not as afraid of retred as others. I would be fine with guys like Reid, Holmgren, Billick, Gruden, etc. Put me in the camp that is scared of unknowns. Unless the incoming new head coach is a highly successful college coach, I get gun shy from coordinators (for sure young) that haven't proven anything yet. Not for a rebuilding job and only if we were already highly successful with a locker room full of quality vets to police themselves.
