He had considerably less to work with in Minnesota than Dabol had to work with in KC this season for 80% of his tenure in Minn and he put up offenses that ranked in the top 1/3 of the league in 3 of those 4 seasons.

C'mon - Billick knew his shit and I don't think he just forgot it.
I'd hire Billick as my OC. HC, probably not but he's a competent guy as far as understanding how to attack defenses IMO. Good teacher too, from what I've heard.
