He basically said that he might have gotten rid of Pioli sooner if he had been more involved.
It was an admission of guilt IMO...as well as acknowledging that Todd Haley would probably still be here if Clark had an open door policy.

Its clear as day that Clark is talking to guys that have a proven track record and are respected enough to demand coach and personnel control.
The only three guys that make sense are Reid, Cowher or Billick.
