That's what Clark essentially said, had Haley reported to Clark, things might be different today.

Well he got fired and had years left on his contract, so I doubt it's one-for-one because he was rehired, but I also don't think it ends there. It's business. Just have the lawyers dig into it, tell him how much it'll cost him, pay it and move on. If he never pays him and Todd makes it more public than now he will look bad, if he just pays him a negotiated price, or takes it to court for a judge to decide, then he just looks like a business man. I say the latter is far more preferable.
