I don't think the Royals do squat in free agency. They'll look for somebody on the scrap heap, or a level C or D pitcher they can get cheap. Daddy Wal Mart is all about keeping as many bucks in his pocket as he can, while keeping the fans at bay. He'll probably ask the Jackson County Taxpayers to pass a "Starting Pitching Tax" to pay for the rotation. God Forbid the Royals would have to pay for a starter....
