I'm not ready to annoint him as "truly great". The fact that Olandis Gary and Mike Anderson, who both looked every bit as good as TD did in that scheme when he was out, went on to other teams to accomplish exactly dick, and look pretty pedestrian doing it, gives me pause. Should it? Maybe not, but I can't get around it.
In the interest of fairness, you can say the same about Derrick Blaylock. He looked like Priest Jr. playing in our scheme, and completely disappeared when he went to the Jets.
