I just called. They say you get a good deal towards the end of their shift and they close here soon. I explained how my girlfriend was mad about the prices we pay compared to cable prices as they have more channels, close to the amount of HD channels, same movie channels, free installation, and the fact we aren't locked into a contract we should shop around. They gave me $30 off my bill for a year and $10 off Sunday Ticket. Good enough for me.
